The LXP and LMS, compared.
First, let's get the acronyms out of the way. An LXP is a Learning Experience Platform whose purpose is to engage people in learning through a more user-centric design, versus a Learning Management System (LMS) which was born out of the need to “manage” and report on training activities as its primary purpose. At Fuse, we’re constantly striving to unify learning across organisations and deliver learning opportunities in the flow of work. Our LMS therefore has all the functionality of our LXP built-in. However, some organisations have legacy learning systems (like Workday or SAP) or disparate content libraries in place - these organisations are looking for an LXP to sit in front of their LMS so as to reduce the amount of change, whilst benefiting from more modern learning functionality.

Fuse integrations provide centralised management and effortless oversight, while empowering local teams with the flexibility to curate, deliver, and access learning content that fits their specific needs.

Accessibility for frontline and back-office workers.
The Fuse mobile app empowers employees to access learning at the point of need, whether on the shop floor, in the field, or at a desk. Accessible via mobile app, browser plugin or from your Teams instance, your workforce can engage with courses, communities, and knowledge-sharing wherever work happens, fostering continuous learning across your entire organisation.
